Hi, I’m Coralie. I built my career in the corporate world, working my way up to
Operations Director and leading teams through significant growth, change, and
complexity. I later co-founded a business in the renewable energy sector, giving me first-hand experience of the realities founders face, from strategic decisions to building teams under pressure.

With a background in psychology and a Coaching Diploma, I bring both professional training and real-world experience to my coaching. I’ve always loved mentoring and coaching my teams, helping people gain clarity, grow confidence, and navigate complex situations.

Starting my own business felt like a natural next step. Now, I work with ambitious
professionals, founders, and teams who want to communicate clearly, make
confident decisions, and lead with impact, unlocking potential and creating real
results.

Being a mum of two has taught me a lot about managing priorities, problem-solving on the fly, and staying focused under pressure, lessons I bring to my coaching every day.
